I Love Beef And Bean Burritos, But My Daughter’s a Vegetarian. Help!

In order to have a quick and easy Burrito dinner, you just need to be prepared. If you make some TVP Bean Burrito Mix and keep it on hand, you’ll be ready for a “burrito emergency” anytime. Now, my daughter’s a vegetarian, so the additional protein provided by the textured vegetable protein in this mix is a real bonus. Once you have your mix made and stored, any time can be burrito time. Keep a few cans of pinto beans or refried beans on hand, as well as some tortilla shells, and you’ll be ready to go. Just add sour cream, cheese, black olives, onions, guacamole, or whatever you like for the finishing touch.
