What we think and feel has a direct impact on our current and future health and life. Cut down on alcohol, nicotine and caffeine close to bed time as these will affect your ability to sleep properly. An illuminated or noisy clock as well as other disturbances may interrupt sleep. It’s important that your bedroom is made into a calm and restful place to promote sleep.
