Routine to Build Muscles

You are either already fit or just in the process of getting fit. Remember, there is no better time than now to make changes to your body and lifestyle.

For those who are aiming to build muscles, then you should limit your exercise to 3 times a week for each body part except for the legs and abs. So what does this mean? So that you can understand it better, I’ll give you some specifics. Shown here is a program that allows you to work out 2 body parts every week.
Monday: Chest and Back.
Tuesday: Exercises for the shoulders and arms.
Wednesday: Legs and Abs.
Thursday: Chest and Back.
Friday: Focus on your shoulders and arms.
Saturday: Focus on your legs and abs.
The good thing about this type of workout is that it allows time for your other muscles to recover. Sleeping is also another way to speed up your progress. Getting enough sleep means your muscles are allowed time to repair themselves after a hard workout.
Just be warned though that this muscle building program is just for newbies and obviously doesn’t tell you exactly which exercises to do, how often, in what order and all the fine details. There is a certain food you should eat prior to working out and another type of food you should eat right after working out to get the best results.
