Complement your morning eggs by getting some zucchini, spinach, or red peppers to go with them.Get some lean turkey to dice up and mix in with your eggs and swiss cheese.

Here are some other important things to have in your fridge:

* High-fructose-corn-syrup-free tomato sauces. This is a great source of lycopene.
* Dark chocolate is high in antioxidants and calories too.
