Obesity is a world wide problem. Every continent has a group of people who struggle with the problem of being overweight. America is no exception to this. Because of the lifestyle that we lead, it is a major problem in our country. We tend to take the easy way because we don’t seem to have enough time. I Lost The Weight

I was not a contestant on a reality show. I did not try to get on the show to win a prize I wouldn’t qualify for most of them and I didn’t have the nerve to try out for the one that suited me best. The one that was best for me is the Biggest Loser. The bottom line is I was fat. I was also dealing with all of the issues that come with being overweight. But even though I wasn’t going to be on television, I decided it was time to fix my issue.

I am a fan of the show and had been to the website many times and had gone on the chat rooms that I found on the biggest loser forum, and also visited the websites that they had links to help me figure out what method I was going to use to lose my fat. I heard about systems that cleansed the impurities from your body and made inches disappear from your waistline and picked one of those out. I sent my money into the company and received the product within a few weeks. I hesitated about starting a diet program and put off beginning the detox program for a few more weeks. Fortunately, I knew that my life had to change and I started to use the system that I had bought.

According to the plan I had chosen, my body had many things that helped retain the fat and if I got them out of my system the fat would melt away. The cleansing system said that all I had to do was take their product, but I thought that working out wouldn’t hurt anything.

I knew that doing six pack ab exercises in my living room was not going to help me at all so I went out searching and found a gym that was convenient to me and joined. I started exercising after dinner every night. Someone had said that if you workout after a meal you won’t want to fill yourself as much. Working out after you stuff your self is a lot harder. Because I was desperate, there were no ideas that seemed to crazy to me. The three weeks of the detox went by and I got on the scale at the gym. The scale made me very happy. I had lost over forty pounds. In less than a month. The cleansing system had done its part, and now it was my turn.

Luckily I had the people at the gym to help me. With the assistance of a personal trainer we came of with a exercise plan that I could follow. I worked with a dietician to determine how much and what kind of food that I should be eating. It took eighteen months, but I did it. My health problems have disappeared and I look good in my clothes. It all began with me admiring the people on the Biggest Loser and deciding that I could be like them. I might not have ever made it on the show but I still call myself the new biggest loser.
