Panic attacks is a usual happening and can happen to anybody and every body.But people should know the fact that women also get affected when they are in the perimenopausal and menopausal stages. • You can consult your doctor for some hormone replacement pills or therapy and this will be very helpful for you to lessen the menopausal symptoms. Having a sound state of mind and a healthy body will minimize the problems during premenopausal and menopausal stages and avoid panic attacks.
• Learn breathing techniques. Deep breathing eases the tension in the body and relaxes stiffened muscles. You can seek help from vocal coaches on how you can do it effectively.
Women have panic attacks during their menopausal stage and this should be taken care because if unattended will give rise to unfavorable effects. Having unease in menopausal stage along with the panic attacks will lead to agoraphobia which can really spoil your personal and family life.
